Don's Tuna Noodles Romanoff

4 cups (8 oz.) uncooked egg noodles
2 - 6 oz. cans of tuna, drained
1 cup (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained (may substitute frozen peas)
1-1/2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (decrease to make less spicy)
2 Tablespoons margarine
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs

Cook and drain the noodles. Add tuna, mushrooms, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon into 2-quart casserole or 8"x8"x2" dish. Melt margarine and pour on top. Sprinkle with parmesan and bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350° for 35-40 minutes.
