He was Chief Engineer of the St. Louis South Western Railway Lines, formerly assistant on Engineering Corps., Pennsylvania Railroad, Engineer with the Chicago and Eastern Illinois Railroad, Chief Engineer, New Orleans Great Northern Railroad 1912-21. He was educated at the Rose Polytechnic Institute, receiving his B.S. in 1905 and his C.E. in 1925.
