     Horace Stephen Toler was born on 8 May 1933. He was the son of Joseph Redding Toler and Elma Lane Wiley. Horace Stephen Toler married Leona Mae Willis, daughter of Sue Mae Riggs Willis, on 20 February 1950 in Craven County, North Carolina.1 Horace Stephen Toler died on 4 December 2005 in Craven County, North Carolina, at age 72.2
