I am assuming that Francis Spencer Vine is my cousin, several times removed.  Documentary and circumstantial evidence leads me to believe that Charles Vine (Marine) fathered four children.  The eldest, Edward Charles, was baptised in 1822.  The other three children, George Robert b.1826, Sarah, b.1829 and Charles, b.1831 were never baptised, thus making blood connections difficult.
