The Will of Mary Vines of Seagry
1834

This is the last will and testament of me Mary Vines of Seagry, (but now residing with Mrs Hitchcock of Etchilhampton) Wilts, spinster. I give and bequeath unto my brother William Vines of  Leathersellers Hall, St Helens Place London all my funds? and property and effects whatsoever of which I shall be possessed to and for his own use and benefit in full confidence that he will dispose of the same in a satisfactory manner.
And I hereby appoint the said William Vines my sole executor in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 17th day of September 1834.

Proved at London 14th January 1835 before the worshipful Joshua? Adsains? Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the oath of William Vines the brother, the sole executor to whom admon was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
