Will of Jacob Vines of Reading, Berks

I Jacob Vines of Reading Berks gentleman do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following, viz:

I give devise and bequeath all and similar my freehold and leasehold.................................
whatsoever and wheresoever and also all my monies, mortgages, securities, goods(?) chattels book(?) and other debts and all other my ...? and effects both ...? and personal unto and to the use of my brother Benjamin Vines his heirs executors administrators and assignees for ever and I do herby nominate and appoint him my brother Benjamin Vines sole executor of this my will ...(?) my hand this third day of June one thousand eight hundred and forty four.

Signed, ...(?) and published by the above named Jacob Vines the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of us ... ...  have inscribed(?) our names as witnesses thereto 

Joseph Vines(?) --- James M.... (Chandler and Clerk to the abovenamed Benjamin Vines)

PROVED at London 10th September 1845 before the Judge by the oath of Benjamin Vines the brother and sole executor to whom ...(?) was granted having been first sworn by ...(?) duly to administer.

This appears to be the son of James and Margaret Vines of Potterne born 1787, and Benjamin was the tallow chandler of Bristol, born 1792, died 1847.
