I Elizabeth Vines of Borough of Malmesbury in the county of Wilts do make this my last will and testament in manner following vizt

I give and bequeath unto my son Samuel Vines all my money house goods debts and whatsoever else I may be possessed of at my death. I appoint my son the aforesaid Samuel Vines whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of June one thousand eight hundred and twenty six.

Signed sealed published and declared by the within named testator Elizabeth Vines as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us who in the presence of her witness and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto

Proved at London 8th March 1827 before the judge by the oath of Samuel Vines son the sole execto whom admon was granted being first sworn by Canon to duly administer. 
 

Elizabeth Worcester married Benjamin1769 Vines, son of Edward1725 and Ann Henly, on 25th May 1795 at the Moravian Church at East Tytherton. He died in 1797. Their son Samuel was born 10th March 1796. He had a sister Elizabeth who was born 20th December 1797.
