Antoine DRAPEAU

Dictionnaire Genealogique gives him just three children; Pierre b 1682, Pierre b 1688, and Antoine b 1690.

"Who Were They" web site gives him 11 children including Pierre b 1690, and not including the three people above; but then in the second generation it presents the three above but not Pierre b 1690. ???

Antoine was of Fontenay-le-Comte, Poitou, France. He settled in teh Ile d'Orleans, servant of Antoine Pepin. Then at the Cap St-Calude; at Beaumont. He was a tailor.

Antoine married Charlotte JOLY, daughter of Pierre JOLY and Marie MILLERAYE, on 20 Aug 1669 in Ste-Famille, I.O, Quebec. (Charlotte JOLY was born about 1646 in Blois, Orleanais, France and died on 2 Dec 1718.)
