33-34 John Veirs and others recorded 9 Jany 1769, made 17 Dec. 1768 between John Cock of FC and John Veirs, Daniel Veirs and Nehemiah Veirs for £ 127..1..3 sells the following tracts: Rum Punch Resurveyed, on main branch of Rock Creek, two miles from the head thereof, 107 ¼ acres likewise part of Dublin Resurveyed, 61 acres. Signed John Veirs, Daniel Veirs, Nehemiah Veirs before David Lynn, T. Sprigg Wootton. Acknowledgment by grantor and Susannah wife ot Nehemiah Veirs released dower. Receipt & Alienation fine paid.
