IT SHOULD BE  HILYARD HICKS BORN DECEMBER 26, 1791

(The Correct Birth Date Came from the Funeral Notice in the Chico Newspaper that said when Hilyard died he was 86 Years and 12 days old when he died, Janurary 7, 1878. )
