A tract of 91 acres in Wake County on the waters of North East Branch on the county line adjoining David Reagan an said Rancher, it being part of a tract of 191 acres surveyed for Thomas Surles. Frances sold this land as executor for his Father Thomas Surls' deed, agreeable to his last will and testament. Wittness: John Scoggins
