The museum is located in the center of the early town in a fine example of Greek Revival architecture. The former town hall contains 18th- and 19th century household articles, a collection of Native American baskets made in Charlotte, and early tools. Contact Person: Mary Lighthall, Secretary Hours and Admission: July and Aug, Sun, 1 4pm. Free. Accessible to the disabled.
