Previously Reported:From Mike Tate: "I have identified the woman in photo # 3 to the far left as Margie Payne/Wykle of Oak Hill, WV who is my aunt. She was formerly married to Bill Wykle who passed away in 2001. I want to take a wild guess that the boy who is in her arms is her son, Bill. He was also nicknamed Butch. The Payne family originated from Laurel Creek, WV."
