Seigna Cooper---- Will
Filed April 26th 1887.
Know all men by these presents that I Seigna Cooper Wife of William H. Cooper of Wayne County in the State of Indiana, being of sound disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament
towit:
After the payment of all my just debts and formal expenses, I give and bequeath to the heirs of Abagail Heirs deceased the sum of five dollars.
I give and bequeath to my beloved husband William H. Cooper, all my Real Estate and personal property to be held and enjoyed by him during his natural life -
After his decease, I give and bequeath said Real Estate in fee simple and such of my personal property remaining at the time of his death to my son Ezekiel Jerome Cooper and my daughter Susan Ann Bryant, to be equally divided between them share and share alike but said Ezekiel to have choice of the Land in said division. In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of May 1868

Before me Everett A. Richey Clerk of the Wayne County Circuit Court personally came George W. Callaway one of the subscribing to the foregoing last will and testament of Seigna Cooper, late of Wayne County, Indiana, deceased, and being duly sworn on oath says that he was present at the execution of said last will and the same was duly executed: that at the time of the execution thereof, said testatrix was of full age to devise her property, of sound mind and memory, and not under any coercion or restraint: that said testatrix requested this affiant and Wm. A. Ruthemel? to sign said will as witnesses thereto, which they accordingly did, in the presence of said testatrix and in the presence of each other as subscribing witnesses thereto

I Everett A. Richey, Clerk of th Wayne Circuit Court, do hereby certify that the afore and foregoing last will and testament of Seigna Cooper, late of Wayne County, State of Indiana deceased was this day duly admitted to probate and read, and the proof thereof duly read by Geo. W. Callaway one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, which said will, together with such proof, have been duly recorded in Record of Wills, No. 8, page 82 in this office.
