Obituary:Mrs. David M. Gean Sr. Dies in Nursing Home. Oxford, MS, March 10 - Services for Mrs. David M. Gean Sr., who died at the Water Valley Nursing Home sunday will be held at the Midway Methodist Church at 2 Tuesday afternoon. Mrs. Gean, who was 84, was born and reared in Marshall Co.. She leaves her husband of Oxford, three sons: Chesley Gean of Richland, WA; Myron Gean of Solona Beach, CA; and David M. Gean, Jr. of Oxford; two daughters Mrs. Edgar Jensen of Watsonville, CA; and Mrs. Walker Downs of Oxford; two sisters: Mrs. Carrie Gean and Mrs. Dan Gardenter of Oxford; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
