will says "Mary."  Based on the signature of witness David
Richardson at the end of this will, the will appears to be in Mr.

In the Name of god a Men  I Shadrack Henderson of the County of
Nelson being sick and weak In body but of Sound mind and
Disposing memory for which I thank god, And calling to mind the
uncertainty of human life, and Being desirous to dispose of all
Such worldly Estate as It hath pleased god to bless me With I
give and Bequeath the same the manner following that is to say I
desire that my Executors hereafter named shall pay and Satisfy
all my Just debts as Shall Remain unpaid. 2dly. after the payment
of my Just debts and Funeral Expenses I give To my beloved wife
Mary Henderson all my Personal and Real Estate for and during the
term of her natural life and After her decease I give the Same to
my children herein after named To be divided among and enjoyed by
them forever 3dly I give to my daughter Sally Martin Five
Shillings in cash 4dly I give to my daughter Barbary Martin three
Shillings In cash 5dly I give to my Son Joseph Henderson four
Shillings in cash 6dly my son John Henderson's Having departed
this Life I give his heirs Six Shillings in Cash 7dly I give to
my Daughter Mary Tisdel three Shillings in cash 8dly I give to my
daughter Nancy Kerby three Shillings in cash 9dly I give to my
Daughter Lucy Beaver five Shillings in cash 10dly I give to my
son William Henderson all the Rest of my personal And Real Estate
to him and his heirs forever and Lastly I do hereby nominate and
appoint my son William Henderson and My Friend John Allen Snell
Executors of this my Last will and Testament Hereby Revoking all
other and former wills or testaments By me heretofore made in
Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this Twenty
seventh day May Eighteen hundred & ten
