There are others folks listed on the different censuses, but for now I am focusing on family.

Based on the census information listed above, I have concluded Peter's family as listed below. If the reader has questions, comments, corrections, or additions, please let me know.

Peter Vaden - b. abt. 1787. He is found in every census from 1810-1860. In the 1810-1840 censuses (or censi?), his age range matches this possible birth year. In the 1850 census, he is listed as 63. In the 1860 census he is listed as 73.

First Wife - (unknown Hatcher), b. between 1780-1790. Projected on censuses from 1810-1830. Estimate death between 1830 - March 11, 1833 (marriage date for second marriage).

Daughter - (b. 1800-1809, most likely the later half of decade based on Peter's estimated birth (i.e, between 1805-1809)). This daughter appears on the 1810 census only.

Son - This son is listed as under 10 in the 1820 census and from 15-19 in the 1830 census.(This would be Vincent (b. Nov 11, 1812)).

Son - This son is listed as under 10 in the 1820 census and from 10-14 in the 1830 census.
NOTE: This would be John W.

Son - A second son listed as under 10 in the 1820 census and from 10-14 in the 1830 census.
This son would either have died young or would be out of the house by the 1840 census.

Daughter - Listed as under 10 in the 1820 census. She is not listed on the 1830 census. This would probably be Martha who married Leonard Crowder in 1828. She would not have been listed with her father on the 1830 census. I would project her birth between late 1810 and 1813/14, considering her marriage date.

Son - This son is listed as from 5-9 on the 1830 census and from 15-19 on the 1840 census.
This would be Peter F since he is listed as being born around 1823.

Daughter - This daughter is listed as under 5 on the 1830 census and from 10-15 on the 1840 census. This would probably be the Lucy that Barbara listed in her data.

Dyonesia(s) - Second Wife.
