I give all my temporal goods to Martha my wife on condition she carefully brings up my children, and pays my debts and funeral expenses. I make her ex'trix and entreat Thomas USHER to be exor with her and helpful to her. As soon as any money becomes due to me by bills or bonds by virtue of the will of Elizabeth Costen my mother, it is to be put out in my children's names to the intent that the portions given to them be not diminished; the annual profits are to be kept by my wife. Wit. John Webb, John Capp (X). Pr. at Bury 1 June 1635.
