bullet  General Notes:

According to The Baronetage of England, Betham, the son of Miles Stapleton and Babara Darrel was Miles Stapylton. He married the daughter and coheiress of John de Bella Aqua or Bellew (by Loderina, his wife fourth sister and coheiress of Peter Bruce, the 5th Baron of Skelton Castle, in Cleveland), and added no small advantage to his house, enjoying thereafter, inter alia, the manor of Carleton, near Snaith in Yorkshire, which was part of her inheritance.

Ryleys Plac. Parliament p. 229.

This looks remarkably similar to John Beaulieu who is listed here. The problem is with Nicholas instead of Miles. 5
