The Wolfe Family of Drew County Arkansas

Our Wolfe Ancestors came here from Switzerland and settled in Orangeburg, S.C. and most of their descendants are still in South Carolina.
The widow Zibilla Wolfe came here with her children from Grissom County Switzerland in the1700's and are now scattered across the USA.

    In 1814, the John J. Wolfe family moved to Perry Co., Alabama where John J. Wolfe served in the War of 1812, and in 1840 were in Kemper Co., Miss. By the late 1840's, Hilliard, Phillip, Jane, Rachel, and Mary were in Green Hill, Drew Co., Arkansas.
