You decide what page will load into the new window by replacing "mouseover1.html" with the url of your choice. You can change size and look of the new window by making adjustments to the yes/no settings. You can change what reads along the bottom when the mouse is placed by changing "Click Me and you'll get the script!" to what ever you want. If you are not sure what this means, hold the arrow on top of *Click Here!* and check the text at the bottom of the browser.
Close window when you want another pop up window or it will have the same options for the window for the next page.

Below on the notepad source for this page is a JavaScript code that upon loading this page a small window comes on for just a few seconds then disappears....... The 3000 can be changed this is the time it stays on.
3000 is about 3 seconds. 30000 = about 30 seconds
