Judging by the birth locales of the children, the Baker family moved from VA to Jefferson Co., OH between 1804 and 1807. In 1816, daughter, Cassandra married James McIlroy. Her parents later moved on to Carroll county, OH.
Some of the younger sons and their children were still living in Carroll county, OH in 1880 as noted by the census.

Will:
On his death in 1841, Zachariah left his daughter, Cassie Mackleroy, $50.00 and five head of sheep. His sons, Samuel and James were executors of his estate.
Zachariah and Susanna bought 50 acres of land in Brooke Co., VA sometime before 1806. Brooke Co., West Virginia was created in 1776 to 1810. Some records may be in with Ohio county as Ohio Co. was the parent CO. of Brooke. we know that three children were born in "Virginia" 1796, 1797 and 1800. In 1806 they sold this land and removed across the Ohio river into Jefferson Co., Ohio.
Zachariah was named on the first grand jury in the new county of Harrison which was created from Jefferson in 1811.
Mt Tabor cemetery is in Carroll Co., about 10 mile NW of North Twp, Harrison Co.

Zachariah married Susanna WASHBURN, daughter of Nathaniel WASHBURN and Christina SCHEVER, in 1795 in Brooke Co., WV. (Susanna WASHBURN was born in 1772 in PA,1 2 died on 21 Mar 1849 in Carroll Co., OH 1 2 and was buried in Mt. Tabor cem., Palermo, Carroll Co., OH 2.)
