In 1850, Thomas (b. VA) lived next door to the McIlroy's. William (b. VA) w/Cindarilla (b. CT) lived about 4 doors way. Christina and Wallace were already married, but Wallace probably came from William's family. In 1840, they had a son 15 to 20 that is not accounted for in 1850 or later. .James Hurd also had a son named Wallace, but he died in 1843 and is buried in the Baughan cem.
1880 census notes that Wallace's father was born in VA & mother in VT.
