Mary died on 20 June 1978 in Stilwell, Oklahoma, at age 93. Mary Alice fell and hit her head over the eye brow and never regaind conciousness. She lived through the night, peacefully sleeping til the end. Services were conducted at Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Stilwell with Pastor Glenn Farnsworth from Silam Springs, Arkansas, the officiating Clergyman. She was laid to rest beside her husband and son, Luther.. Her body was interred on 22 June 1978 in Stilwell, Adair county, Oklahoma.
