He married Maria Elenita Sanico on 5 February 2006 in Palompon, Leyte, Phillippine Islands.

     Otis was born on 13 January 1902 in Indiana. He was the son of Arthur Ervin and Rose ( ? ). He married Florence Grace DeVore in Martinsville, Indiana, on 8 June 1923. He died on 20 May 1951 in Canton, Stark county, Ohio, at age 49.
