The Darlington County court was petitioned by Barnabas Wadford and
Lydia Mixon Wadford on 1 Jan 1821 for division of the estate of
Lydia's father, Samuel Mixon. The petition named all children and his
widow Sarah. Final settlement was not made until 23 Feb 1829.
