Loughry Estate is about 5 miles south east of Cookstown, and was owned by the Lindesay Family until about 1890. It is now part of the Belfast University. |

This is a stone carving of the Lindesay Family Coat of Arms which was placed on the south wall of the house built by the second Robert Lindesay of Loughry. |

The Loughry estate summer house was used by Dean Jonathan Swift who often visited his close friend, the fourth Robert Lindesay. |

Loughry Estate outbuildings: The top one is possibly the old coachhouse, and the bottom one is taken from outside the wall of the same building. These buildings are behind the main manor house (western side). |
