Whereas a trial terem of the supreme court is appointed to be held
in and for hte county of Schuyler at te court house in the village of Watkins
NY. on the 9th day of March 1914. All persons bound to appear and all justices
of the county recognization for the appearance of any person at such court.

Mortgage Sale
Default of payment not being met according to the indentured mortgage
made and executed by John S. Bliss and Sarah his wife then of the town
of Painted Post(now Corning) Steuben County. NY. to Charles E Osborne as
Terms under the will of Alexander Kellogg deceased for Margaret Osborne
wife of said Charles and her children of the same place dated the 28th
day of Oct. 1847.at one o'clock. This notice represents the fifteen hundred
ninety nine dollars asnd eighty six cents. Sale of the premises and said
mortgage at public auction at he Dickerson House in Corning in said county
on the 25th day of Nov. 1854. Said land situtated in the town of
Corning Steuben Co NY. being lot 18 and number two of the first Range and
being at a stake and stones in the tract known as te Smith and Leonard?
tract. Also all tat certain piece or parcel of land situated lyhing and
being in the town of painted Post (now corning) and in Number two
of the first Range and beginning at a stake and stone in thje southeast
corner of a tract of land known by the name of the Lennox tract and in
the northeaster boundy line of town Number one in the said first range.
Said lot last mentioned two acres sold by Ira Harris to Frederick Barnard.

Mortgage Sale
Default havng been made by lack of monies to be paid on mortgage, made
and executed by Chapman H. Strong of the town of Scio, County of Alleganey
NY. to Joseph N. robinson and Levi S. Thomas of Corning in the coutny of
steuben. Dated the 16th day of Aug. 1853.the sum of one hundred and seventy
one dollars and forty eight cents. The said Robinson and Thoasm having
transfered and set over the mortgage to Theodor McNames. Notice is for
the parcel of land situated in the town of Caton, County of Steuben NY.Land
bordered by Christopher C. Lewis to the north sand the said Lewis is the
south line to the center of Big Marxh creek, down the center of creek to
the north line of siad Lewis, from there on the souith line to the beginning
cotaining seventy and one half acres. Will be sold at public aution
at the Dickerson House in the village of Corning on the 18th of Nov. 1854.

Mortgage Sale. Default has ben made in the payment of the moneys secured
to be paid by Dewitt C. Gorton and Susan Gorton, widow of Jared M.
Gorton, deceased then of the town of Corning steuben Co. NY. to Charles
H. Berry of the same place which said mortgage dated the 9th day of Feb.
1854. it was recorded in the town clerks office on the tenth day
of Feb. 1834. said land is part of the farm and premises formally belonging
in Peleg Gorton deceased. It being a part of premisies and farm devised
to the said dewitt C Gorton. Object to the posession and control
of hte afesaid Jared M. Gorton and Susan Gorton during their lives
or the life of either of them by the will of Peleg Gorton. The land
in question is part of land west of th e Hail Road. That said mortgage
has been duly assigned by said Charles H. Berry to Philo P. Hubbell and
by said Philo P. Hubbell to John McHurney the subscriber of the town of
Corning who is the owner. Due on this publication two hundre and thirty
eight dollars and seventy eitht cents.Said mortgage will be forclosured
and the sale of the premisis will be at public auction to the highest
bidder at the Dickinson house in the village of Corning, Steube co NY on
