Jacquelyn L. Ashbaugh, 43, of Emlenton, died Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 20, 1999, in St. Vincent Health Center, Erie. Born July 23, 1956, in Butler, she was a daughter of Arleene MILLER Burrows and the late Earl W. BURROWS Sr. Mrs. Ashbaugh attended the Park Hill First Church of God in West Freedom. She was a homemaker and enjoyed shopping and the Christmas season. Mrs. Ashbaugh was married in Parker Sept. 22, 1984, to William R. Ashbaugh, who survives. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are her mother, Arleene Burrows, and her stepfather, Shirl B. FELIX, of Parker; four sisters, Mrs. Mason (Brends) HICKS of East Brady, Mrs. Robert (Sandra) Felix of Parker, Mrs. Robert (Patricia) THOMPSON of Ladysmith, Va., and Beverly GRIGGS of Hilliards; one brother, Earl Wayne Burrows Jr. of Parker; and a number of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Mrs. Ashbaugh was preceded in death by her father Jan. 30, 1983; her paternal grandparents, Clarence and Mabel Burrows; and her maternal grandparents, Clyde and Leoda Miller. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today in the Christopher M. Hile Funeral Home, Emlenton. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home with the Rev. Lonny D. Wolford, pastor of the Park Hill First Church of God in West Freedom, officiating. Interment will be in Crawford Memorial Cemetery, Emlenton.

Margie L. Findlay, 77, of Vero Beach, Fla., a former Oil City resident, died Tuesday, Oct. 19, 1999, at her residence. She was born Aug. 3, 1922, in Clarion County. Mrs. Findlay was a resident of Vero Beach for the past 32 years, moving there from Oil City. She was a nursing caregiver for 25 years in Vero Beach prior to her retirement. Mrs. Findlay was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach. Surviving are one son, Thomas H. Findlay of Winter Beach, Fla.; four daughtes, Norma Jean HEILMAN of Fort Pierce, Fla., and Linda RYAN, Joyce Ann Findlay-DAVIS and Rose MOREN, all of Vero Beach, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She also is survived by one brother, Robert BELL of Oil City; and five sisters, Mary HANIWALT, Ima HACKETT, Ella STONE and Jessie STOVER, all of Oil City, and Tootie RHODE of Pittsburgh. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the Morrison Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the funeral home with the Rev. Jack Friggle officiating. Interment will be in Rockland Cemetery. JAMES P. MOYNIHAN James P. Moynihan of Van Wert, Ohio, son of Thomas J. Moynihan of Oil City, died at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 20, 1999, in UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh.
