S.S. VANCOUVER MAY 31, 1890

A Partial Passenger List from the H.M.S Vancouver that sailed from 
Liverpool on 8 May 1890 and arrived in Quebec City 31 May 1890. 
These 26 children brought out to Canada. Under the auspices of 
Dr. Barnado’s Homes. These children were from the Manchester Refuge Home. 
They were in the care of Mr. James Boyd and consigned to 
Rev. Robert Wallace, Belleville, Ontario and his wife 
Ellen (Bilbrough) Wallace.
