MIDDLEMORE JUNE 1879

 I started looking at the first roll last night which
listed children sent to Canada in June of 1879 and decided to write the
names and ages down.  So far I have the first 200 or so with only the first
100 or less that mentions when they were taken into care, comments on their
mother and father and home life and children's behaviour along with
placement history including names and location (some of which is very hard
to read)

What I found odd this morning was when checking the names with the NA
Homechildren data base, none of them so far (I've checked 10-20) are on the
list.  I checked some names in the first group that say they were sent in
June of 1879 and they are not there in that year or any year with the same
first name.  I also checked some names for the last half which only lists
placements so they could be from later or earlier years and I can't seem to
find them either.
