OBITUARY HEARNS

The remains of William Hearns, father of Mrs. W. H. Genske, of Milwaukee, a former resident of this city, who passed away at Milwaukee Thursday will be brought to this city at 9:30 o'clock Sunday morning over the Northwestern Railroad. Short services will be held at Riverside cemetery Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Rev. William Reece Dixon will be in charge. The pallbearers will be L. H. Noordhoff, Rees Edwards, David Roberts and W.H. Campbell.

Charity Hearns

Mrs. W. H. Genske has been called to Waupaca because of the death of her mother, Mrs. Charite Hearns. The remains will be brought to Oshkosh on the Soo line traine arriving here at 12:36 p.m. Tuesday, October 24. Interment will be at Riverside cemetery, where burial services will be held immediately after the arrival of the train. The services will be in charge of Rev. William Lodwick.

Mrs. Anna Genske
--------------

Mrs. Anna Genske, 89, of 347 E. Huron St., Berlin, died at Berlin Memorial Hospital at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. Mrs. Genske was born March 28, 1872, in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. She lived in Ripon until moving to the Brown-Wilcox home in Berlin in September, 1950. Mrs. Genske was a member of the Chrisitian Science Society at Ripon, the Ripon Garden club, and the Home Garden Club of Berlin. Her husband, W.J. Genske, preceded her in death. Survivng are her sons, Roger, Florida, and Cecil, Denver, Colo. Services will be at Boyd Funeral Home at 2 p.m. today. Kenneth G. Zodtner, Milwaukee, will act as reader. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery, Oshkosh.

OBITUARY OF WILLIAM H. GENSKE

FORMER RESIDENT DIES
--------------

Information is received here of death, at Milwaukee, of William H. Genske – ill on year. Information has been received of the death of William H. Genske, a former resident of Oshkosh, who died at his home in Milwaukee Friday, August 31st, shortly after noon. Mr. Genske was connected with the Deltox Grass Rug company of this city and several other concerns before moving to Milwaukee to reside several years ago. He was an official of the Lakeside Bridge and Steel company of Milwaukee. The deceased lived in Oshkosh for nearly twenty-five years and during that time was affiliated with many civic and church activities. He was a life member of the Masonic Lodge, No. 27, of Oshkosh. The survivors are his wife, Mrs. Anna Gensky; two sons, Roger W. and Cecil A. Genske, all residents of Milwaukee. Mr. Genske was 60 years old. He had been ill for a year. Death was said to be of a brain tumor. Funeral arrangements had not been definitely decided this afternoon, but interment will be at Riverside cemetery in Oshkosh, Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock., (2) Daily Northwestern, September 3, 1928, GENSKE-Funeral services for William A. Genske, former Oshkosh man, who died at Milwaukee Friday, will held at Riverside chapel in this city Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Masonic services will be observed with lodge No. 27, of which the deceased was a life member, in charge. Burial will be at Riverside cemetery.
