John Drens(?) of Richmond Yeoman Maketh oath and saith that his this Deponent is well acquainted with Thomas Harnes Junr. residing formerly at Fredericksburh that this said Thomas Harnes Junior left the Province about a Year ago last Winter and that this Deponent verily believes that this said Thomas Harnes Junior has not returned to this Province since, and as this Deponent believes and is informed does not mean to return to this then Province.
