He was my Grandpa Turner's father.

Alice Turner (my great aunt) buried in Luttrell Cemetery in Casey County, Kentucky. She died when she was less than 2 years old.
She was my Grandpa Turner's sister.

William Carter "Carter" Turner and Mary Alice Smith (my g-g-grandfather and grandmother) buried in Luttrell Cemetery, Casey County, Kentucky.
They were my Grandpa Turner's grandparents.

Elcy Turner and Effie Lawson (my g-g-unlce and aunt) buried in Luttrell Cemetery, Casey County, Kentucky.
They were my Grandpa Turner's uncle and aunt.

James Robert Turner (my g-g-g-grandfather) buried in Luttrell Cemetery, Casey County, Kentucky
He was my Grandpa Turner's great grandfather.
As you can see, from his tomb stone, he was a Tennessee Scout in the Civil War for the Confederate Army.
