Joseph Ewans Tucker, Deceased Persuant to an Act of Parliament, passed in the 22nd and 23rd years of the reign of Her present Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled (sic) "An act to further amend the Law of Property, and to relieve Trustees" Notice is herby given, that all creditors and other persons having any debt or claim upon or against the estate of JosephEwans Tucker, late of No. 1Fenchurch Street, in the City of London, and of Lewisham, in the county of Kent, Canvas and Twine Factor (who died on the 14 th day of November, 1863, and letters of administration to whose estate and effects were granted by the Principal registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate, on the 30th day of November 1863, to Isaac Tucker, of Bridport, in the county of Dorset, Twine Manufacturer), and hereby required to send in the particulars of their debts and claims to the said administrator, at the office of us the undersigned, Trehern and White, of no 13, Barge Yard Chambers, Bucklersbury, in the city of London, on or before the 17th day of February next, and in default therof the assets of the said Joseph Ewens Tucker will after that day, be distributed by the administrator among the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims only of which he shall then have had notice; and that the siad administrator will not be liable for the assets, or any part thereof, to any pesrons of whose debt or claim he shall not then have had notice. dated this 17th day of December 1863.
