Pursuant tto the Act of Parliament 22 and 23 Viet., cap. 35,
intituled " An Act to further amend °the Law of Property,
and to relieve Trustees,"
NOTICE is hereby given, that all persons having any
claims or demands against or affecting the estate of
Richard Perry, jlate of Haselbury Plucknett, in the county
of Somerset, Yeoman, deceased (who died ou the 4th day
of November, 1871, and whose will was proved on the 22nd
day of April, 1872, in the District Registry of Her Majesty's
Court of Probate at Taunton, by Eliabeth Fooks, the wife
of Job Fooks, of Comptoii Barton, in the parish of Marldon,
Devon, Yeoman, and George Dibble Templeman. of
Chiselborough, Somerset, Yeoman, the executors named in
the said will), are required to send in particulars of their debts,
claims, or demands to the executors, or to us, the undersigned,
on or before the 31st day of May next, at the expiration
of which time the said executors will proceed to administer
the estate and distribute the assets of the said
testator among the parties entitled thereto, having regard
to the claims only of which the said executors shall then
have had notice; and for the assets, or any part thereof, so
administered or distributed the said executors will not be
liable to any person of whose debt, claim, or demand they
shall not then have had notice. And all persons indebted
to the estate of the said deceased are requested forth with to
pay the amount of tl:e debts respectively to the said executors.—
