Page 15 of 32 "notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Matilda Tucker and Abraham Tucker, of south Street, in the siad parish of Bridport, Dorset, Booksellers, Stationers, Printers, and c. was this day dissolved by mutual consent. - dated this 28th day of July 1845 Matilda Tucker, Abraham Tucker." |
| Death | Cause: by fire
Ireland Daily News Friday 25/09/1846 An alarming fire, attended with loss of life, was discovered on monday evening in the house of Mrs Tucker, bookseller, Bridport. Mrs Tucker perished, it is supposed by suffocation, in endeavouring to escape. The maid-servant escaped from a window. |

inscription reads:-
Thomas senior died 14/11/1828 aged 39 Elizabeth died 22/11/1828 daughter of forenamed Thomas and of his wife Matilda aged14 Matilda died 21/09/1846 wife of Thomas. Death was caused by fire. Aged 6 (ref. gravestone) |
