GIAMMONA, Alma Overstreet, 80, of Tucson, Arizona, died Sunday, July 27, 2003. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Giammona and one brother, Jimmy Overstreet. She is survived by her three children, Freddie Giammona of Tucson, Arizona, Cindy LeBrun of Spotsylvania, and Michael Giammona of Vinton; five sisters, Phyllis Keith, Hazel Breya, Catherine Newton, Gray Fitzgerald, Edna Hill; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, 2003 at Oakey's Vinton Chapel with Pastor Terry Mabrey officiating. Interment will follow at a later date in St. Mary's Cemetery in Bridgeton, New Jersey. The family will receive friends Tuesday after the funeral service until 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Roanoke Rescue Mission, 402 4th Street, SE, Roanoke, Va.
