"IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I John Trotter, of Yorkhamton Parish in the County of York being sick in body but sound in mind praised theAlmighty God for it do make & ordain this my last will & testament form. Impres: I give to my loving son Thomas Trotter my two Lots on which I now live to him & his heirs forever.
Item, I give unto my said son his heirs forever my Land in ______ bounding north on Mr. Joseph Mountfort and West on the Land of Mr.______ Gross.
Item, I give unto my loving daughter Elizabeth Trotter my Lott adjoining to the Lotts of Mr.John Givens and Mr. Wm. Allen to her & her Heirs forever.
Item, I give & bequeath to my said Daughter all my Houses & lands in Charles Parish to her & her heirs forever.
Item, I give to my said son Thomas my still and all the rest of my estate I desire may be equally divided betwixt my two children.
Item, I do hereby appoint my loving father in law Mr. John Chapman and my good friend Majr. John Buckner my lawfull Executors to this my last will and Testamnet.
