KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That I, Doral L. Trotter,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this writing as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking and all wills or codicils to wills which I may have made heretofore, the same being made and executed for valuable consideration flowing to the testatrix from the beneficiaries hereinafter named.
Item I. I direct tha my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon
after my death as may be practical.
Item II. I will, devise, and bequeath unto my son, O. V. Trotter, one Turner
hay baler, should I own same at the time of my death. However, should said hay baler be
sold before I die, then any replacement thereof, if any, purchased by me during my lifetime, shall also go to my said son. In addition, I give unto my said son, O. V. Trotter, the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars cash money.
Item III. All the rest and residue of my property, whether real or personal or both, and wheresoever located, which I may own at the time of my death, I will, devise and bequeath unto my six children, namely; O. V. Trotter, C. E. Trotter, Ocie Trotter, Olin Trotter, Bertran W. Trotter and Frances T. Harrison, to be theirs absolutely and in fee simple, share and share alike. Should any of my said children predecease, their children, if any, shall stand in the place of their ancestor or ancestors.
Item IV. I nominate, constitute and appoint the first two of my children above named which are then living the co-executors of this my last will and testament, to serve without being required to post bond for the faithful performance of their duties hereunder.
Item V. This will is drawn pursuant to an agreement dated August 15, 1952, by and between Testatrix, on the one part and her six children above named on the other part.
