Hugh Charles Penhalligan10 TRELOAR (Daniel9, John8, Bennet7, Bennet6, Bennet5, Thomas4, John3, Wearne2, John1 Werne TRELOWARTH), son of Daniel TRELOAR and Elizabeth Ann PENHALLIGAN, b. 15 Jan. 1853 at Helston; bp. 1 Apr. 1863 Helston; d. 5 July 1934 Burniston, Yorkshire, England; md. 30 Mar. 1873 Helston Eliza Ann GILL. An Eliza Ann Treloar was bur Brotton 13 May 1900 aged 47. He was an "ex Sergeant of Police" at the time of his son's marriage in 1906. In 1901 Census Charles Treloar aged 48 (father) is living in his daughter's house. MI. St Peter's Churchyard Kilton Lane, Brotton; Section H 225 " In loving memory of Eliza Ann the beloved wife of H C P Treloar who died at Reeth 9th May 1900 aged 47 years. Farewell dear husband and children dear. I've toiled with you for many a year and always strove to do my best and now I've gone to take my rest. Also Edgar youngest son of the above who died Aug 7th 1915 aged 21 years. Gone but not forgotten"

i. William Charles TRELOAR, probably b. Sept. Q. 1873, Helston Dist.; bp. 5 Jan. 1874 Helston. He supposedly came to the U.S.A. in 1898

ii. Caroline Bickford TRELOAR, bp. 16 July 1877 Helston; b. June Q. 1875 Helston Dist., d. 1932 Thorntonwatless, Yorkshire.

iii. Lily TRELOAR, bp- 26 June 1878 Hinderwell, Yorks, Eng. In 1901 Census Lily, a hairdresser was head of Household. Also in this household in 1901 is Hy G Treloar, bro in law, m, 33, and Carrie Dunbar, sis in law, m, 25.

iv. Loveday TRELOAR, b. 24 Jan. 1880 Appleby Wiske, Yorks, Eng.; d. 1934 Salt Lake City, Utah; md. MARSHALL. In 1901 Loveday was a hairdresser's assistant, living with her sister.

v. Sidney TRELOAR, b. 5 June 1884 Lazenby, Yorks, Eng.; md. 17 Oct. 1906 Jane Elizabeth SMITH. In 1901 Sidney was a hairdresser's assistant, living with his sister.

vi. Edgar TRELOAR, b. 25 Nov. 1894 or Mar Q. 1894, Kirklington, Bedale.Yorks, Eng. (L.R.O.) ; d. 5 July 1915 North Skelton, Yorkshire Eng.
