Ninth GenerationThis family connects to the family found on Page 197 of Orson Lee Treloar's book Richard9 TRELOAR (Bennet8, Bennet7, Bennet6, Bennet5, Thomas4, John3, Wearne2, John1 Werne TRELOWARTH) a coalminer, son of Bennet TRELOAR and Elizabeth HARRY; b. abt 1842; md Serina/Selina JOHN bp. Mar 1845, Penlline, Cowbridge, Glamorgan dau. of Thomas John and Catherine. She died 1873. Richard TRELORE and Serina JOHN had the following family: The following children were all baptised on 17 Nov 1872 (months before Serina died) to Richard and Selina--------occ for Richard miner. Their name has been misspelled. i. Catherine Margaret/Mary TRELORE (Cassie) b 1869 Cowbridge, Glamorgan, Wales; bp. as TELLONE; d. 1943 in Ludlow area Shropshire, Eng. ii Martha Elizabeth TRELORE b. 21 Sep 1871, Penlline, Cowbridge, Glamorgan as TELLONE; md. David EVANS. Martha and David Evans had approx 8 children. Of whom one was Joannes' (see below) grandmother Madeline Evans (22 Nov 1902 - 23 Feb 1989) iii Richard John TRELORE bp. as TELLONE iv. Thomas Jones TRELORE bp. as TELLONE In the 1881 census for Penlline (approx 7 years after the death of Serina) Catherine & Martha are listed at either an orphanage / a school for displaced females.
