This family photo was generously contributed by a descendant. The photo is marked "Blooming, NY" and the date is estimated to be sometime around 1900. "Blooming" may refer to Bloomington in Ulster County not far from the city of Kingston.
Rear left to right:
It may be difficult to see in this photo, but in front of Lorenzo and the horse are white strings set on small sticks in the outline of a small coffin. Neither the family descendant nor I have ever seen this done before, but our best guess is that this was done to remember a deceased child in the family photo.
