There are a lot of photos of this family, and I didn't have room to put them all on the main Bowman page. This collection also includes quite a lot of unidentified photos, which may or may not be relatives.
"Gramp's Old Place, Shelly-Hill, Stanfordville". This appears to be some kind of farm auction at David Bowman's farm in Stanfordville, NY. David is the old man with the long beard near the center of the photo.
Lucinda (Thorne) Bowman with her daughter Grace (Bowman) Duncan.

Lucinda (Thorne) Bowman (seated in center) with various relatives. I recognize some of the other people from other family group photos, but do not as yet have names for them.
Walter D. Bowman (left) and his brother-in-law George Duncan (right) all dressed up in top hats. We aren't certain what the occasion was. It might have been a wedding (I wonder if Walter/Jennie and Grace/George had a double wedding?). It might also have been some other kind of public event.

Each of these 3 photos is a little over 200k.
Three group photos of some of David and Lucinda's children and their spouses, taken sometime in the 1890s. Their cousin Otis Bowman and his wife Ida came along. It looks like these folks were having fun - I wonder where that old house was.
UPDATE: The woman labeled as "Ida (VB) Bowman" in the above three photos may be mis-identified. The woman in the photos looks younger than Ida would have been at that time and her face has a different shape than Ida's. I'm not sure who she really is.
Walter Bowman's wife Jennie (center) with their son Isaac and two of Jennie's friends.
A relative generously contributed the following three photos of grocery storefronts in New York City owned by John Rudd. John was probably the son of Charles Rudd of Gallatin Township in Dutchess County, NY. It is not clear whether Mr. Rudd was prosperous enough to own multiple stores or whether this is one store that moved several times. Walter Bowman and his brother-in-law George Duncan are depicted in two of the photos.
