Reunion Is Held Of Bowman Family At Stanfordville

The first reunion of the descendants of Mattiah and Reba Arnold Bowman was held Sunday at the home of Mrs. Jane Bowman, Stanfordville.  The hostess who is the widow of John Bowman of Stanfordville, will be 94 years of age in October.  Her son, Otis Bowman, was the oldest of the Bowman descendants at the reunion.  Historical data of the Bowman family was compiled by Horace Bowman, and read by Mrs. Clara Rymph of this city.

Mrs. Rose Bowman Myers was elected president of the group; Wilbur J. Bowman, vice president; Otis Bowman, secretary.  The reunion next year will be at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Fowler of Millbrook.
