Family of W. H. Grimm, son of Daniel Grimm (the man listed above?). Written on the back in pencil (difficult to read on the dark card): "Elkton S. D. W. H. Grimm son of Daniel Grimm". The photo is on cardstock and measures about 6 1/8 by 4 1/4 inches. The bottom of the photo has been trimmed off, making it difficult to read the name of the photography studio - it appears to read: "MAHANNAH" on the left and on the right: "North English,". The name of the state would probably have gone under the words "North English". Below are two scans of the writing on the back of this photo, one of them enhanced in an attempt to make the writing easier to read.

Ida (Grimm) Adams and her husband. This photo is on cardstock and about 6 1/2 by 4 1/4 inches. Written on the back in pencil: "Ida Grimm Adams - sister of Dora Russell". The studio name is clearly visible as : "Fink Bros., Montezuma, Ia."
