To my creditors
Take notice that I have applied to the Court of Common Pleas of Armstrong Co, for the benefit of this commonwealth made for the relief of unsolvent debtors, and that the said judges approcated the 3rd Monday of December next by being the 20th day for the hearinf of me and my creditors, at the courthouse in the boro of Kittanning where you may attend if you think proper.

Died at his residence in Buffalo Twp Armstrong Co o the 12th day of Feb last, in the 61st year of his life Mr. Andrew Patterson Sr., one of the 1st settlers north west of the Allegheny. An honest and industrious mechanic. His illness was protracted. He has left numerous family to deplore his loss.
