AAll that part of the Parish of Towcester which lies on the North east side of the West Chester Turnpike Road Commencing at Spital Bridge and from thence down to Church Lane including the Church Yard, the Brick Yard House, Savagesís Farm Lodge, the two cottages on the Tiffield Road, the Hamlet of Caldicote, Elm Lodge on the south West side of the said Turnpike Road, the Cottages on the Greens Norton Road, the Railway Station and the Hesketh Arms Hotel
