Gate Cemetery
Chesterfield, Massachusetts

Located only 1/2 mile up Ireland St. on the left side of the road, this old cemetery is surrounded by a high stone wall and a three beam gate closes the front from the street. There are many, many old stones here, too worn and weatherbeaten to read. Large rocks are stewn about the cemetery and the woods around the three sides away from the street are thick and plush.

Mrs. Lederer gives this description in her transcriptions:
"First Highland Street Cemetery. Cemetery beyond West Chesterfield - two miles toward South Worthington * same road as Robinson lot."
