Mahlon Sassaman Heiter
June 5, 1865 in Perry Township, Berks County, PA, a son of William L. and Sophia
He was a farmer all of his adult life. He married January 20,
1894. He died March 10, 1939 of a "cerebral hemorrhage with right
side paralysis" (stroke). He was buried on March 14th at the
Zion's (Windsor Castle) Cemetery in Perry Township.
Mena Christine Sunday
September 11, 1877, a daughter of George W. & Susanna M. (DeTurk) Sunday
Her father died before
she was one year old, and her mother remarried to Cyrus W. Luckenbill.
up with her mother, step father, and 13 half siblings! She died
on April 3, 1919, the result of a diabetic coma. She was
afflicted with diabetes for the last five years. She was buried
on April 5th at Zion's (Windsor Castle) Cemetery in Perry Township.
George Mahlon Heiter
